4Search was created by Simone Turra, currently the Executive Director, and with more than 25 years of experience in Executive Search, Training, Development, Career Counseling, Assessment and Outplacement for executive positions.

Simone Turra is a specialized psychologist in Clinical Psychology and Human Resources and MBA in Commercial Management by Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV), besides being a college professor and radio and TV commentator about Human Resources.
